We recently rebuilt our lower level after it was damaged flooding during this past winter. It needed new heating elements which had been badly water damaged. I had used Hawkes before to replace the furnace and decided to try them again after having had a great experience. Nothing has changed. Tony, the owner, is great to do business with. He’s responsive, on time and fairly priced. John, who has been with Hawkes for some time, is also great as was his apprentice. I would heartily recommended them. Good prices, great service and highly responsive!

Have hired Tony on multiple occasions over the years and he and his team are extremely responsive, professional and reasonable. Every time I have called I am treated with respect and curtesy. Plumbing is a high demand profession and when it is an emergency, Tony is extremely responsive every time. I have had to wait for non urgent items like a heater in the garage, but on that occasion we were waiting for a piece of equipment to come in. Once the equipment is in, they are right on it. My most recent plumbing need was for a disconnect and reconnect of a new gas stove. Hawkes was here exactly when I needed them at the exact time the stove was being delivered to disconnect and reconnect the new stove. I never missed a beat and was cooking on my new stove the same day it was delivered. Could not be happier with Hawkes.

Hawkes installed a hybrid electric water heater that qualified for the National Grid rebate. They selected an excellent, very efficient model made in the USA. They knew the price up front, I paid at the beginning of the job, and they went all out to get the job done and ensure that all the plumbing around the water heater was in good condition. They weren't looking to cut corners or nickel and dime. They were friendly and respectful.
